Drivers are selected based on safe driving miles, DOT compliance, vehicle care, compliance with vehicle condition reporting and other required TSOA and client documentation. TSOA is proud to recognize driver Dale Cleary as its December Driver of the Month. Dale has class A CDL, HAZMAT, doubles, triples and tanker endorsements. He has been driving for TSOA for just over three years. Dale is part of TSOA’s driver mentor program and stands out for his courteous and professional manner, flexibility, can-do attitude and flawless record on requirements. “Dale has always been a driver that we constantly lean on for VIP clients, last minute pickups, and who never turns down a run.” said Sydney Kirkpatrick, dispatcher for TSOA. When awarded his recognition, Dale commented, “What makes TSOA so special to me is that when I call in, I know who I’m talking to and they know me.
